About Shear-Vue Farmstay

Escape to the countryside near Fairlie and enjoy the peace and amazing views!

Our accommodation sleeps six guests with two bedrooms and three beds. Your stay includes your own private spa pool, a free 1 hour guided farm tour, and delicious continental breakfast. If the cottage isn't available on your chosen date, you can join our farm tour for a fee. Please contact us to enquire about booking a farm tour only.

Our 850 acre farm has 2,500 sheep and 350 beef cattle. You'll love hand-feeding our sheep, pig, dogs, hens, and alpaca!

By night, enjoy the Mackenzie Region's famous night skies, with thousands of shining stars.
Tekapo and Timaru are a 40-minute drive, Fairlie a 10-minute drive, and Christchurch is a two-hour drive.
